Login and Password

How do I login into Autism Care account?

To log into your Autism Care account:

  1. Go to home page and enter your email address and password under “Autism Care Members”.
  2. Or select your membership type on Log In or Sign Up box at the top right of any Autism Care page, enter your email address and password under “Autism Care Members”.

I can’t login?

Forgot your login password?

  1. Go to autismcarenow.com home page, click on Forgot Password next to Login button
  2. Fill up your email address associated with your Autism Care account
  3. You will receive an email with new password

How do I reset my password?

If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, you can change your password from the Edit Settings in your dashboard. From there:

  1. Click Edit in Basic area
  2. Type the new password
  3. Click Save

 How do I log out?

If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, you can click on Log Out on the bottom left of your dashboard or click Log Out on Log In or Sign Up box at the top right of any Autism Care page.

 

Manage Your Account

How do I upgrade my membership?

Families: Now you are ready to communicate with your job applicants, or you decide to take a look at special needs experiences of several of schools or practitioners you browsed.

  1. If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, go to the Account and settings in your dashboard
  2. You will see that your membership plan is free
  3. Click upgrade next to free

Service Providers: Now you see the business value of Autism Care community, you would like to promote your profile to more special needs families.

  1. If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, go to the Edit Settings in your dashboard
  2. You will see there are three layers of premier listing in your membership information
  3. Click upgrade

 How do I edit my personal information? ( Address, email, password, etc.)

Families: If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, go to the Account and settings in your dashboard.

  1. Click Edit in Basic area
  2. Type your new address, email, phone number, or password
  3. Click Save

Service Providers: If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, go to the Edit Settings in your dashboard

  1. Click Edit in Basic area
  2. Type your new address, email, phone number, or password
  3. Click Save

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe using the link at the top or bottom of any promotional email we send you. Or

If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, go to the Edit Settings in your dashboard

  1. Click Edit in Private Setting area
  2. Unclick email me newsletters with personal stories, topical articles and more
  3. Click Save

How do I downgrade my account?

Families: if you’ve found the perfect fit for your care team, or you decide to browse service provider information after a long break.

  1. If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, go to the Account and settings in your dashboard
  2. You will see that your membership plan is free
  3. Click downgrade next to free

Service Providers: If you found a great job through Autism Care, and need longer need to promote your resume:

  1. If you’re logged into your Autism Care account, go to the Edit Settings in your dashboard
  2. You will see there are three layers of premier listing in your membership information
  3. Click downgrade

How do I close my account?

If you got a job and want to inactive your profile, you can go to privacy settings in your Account and Setting, and unclick “make my profile public” and then click save. Your profile will be invisible on the site.

If you would prefer to close your Autism Care account completely, you can click on close account of your membership information area. When you delete your account, people won’t be able to see it on Autism Care, they cannot contact you through Autism Care either.

 

Profile Approval

Caregivers: If you have received an email indicating that your account has not been approved, it is often a result of your personal information being incomplete, or improperly written. Please make sure that your profile has following information. You can update and re-submit your profile at any time through you Edit Profile page.

  1. Your caregiver biography should be At least 300 characters.
  1. Information you provide should be relevant to your skills, experience, and qualification.
  2. Accurate grammar, spelling and capitalization.
  3. For your safety, please do not include your phone number, email address, and home address.
  4. Your full name and website address.

How do I change my credit card on file?

To keep your credit card information update, you can

  1. Go to payment information at Edit Setting
  2. Click Add a card
  3. Type your card information and save
  4. Remove the outdated card information

  1. Go to payment information at Edit Setting
  2. Click View Billing History
